Telehealth Done Right

Request a Telehealth Appointment

I'm all for telemedicine. Remote appointments make undeniable economic and ecological sense. These days, most of the business that happens at a doctor appointment occurs through conversation. After doing telemedicine for ten years, it is my considered judgement that remote visits are just as good as in-person visits for most problems. For most of my patients, a drive to see me in the office requires burning multiple gallons of gas. That's kilos of CO₂ needlessly released into the atmosphere. It's also tens of dollars spent on healthcare that will never be reimbursed by your insurer. Save your money. You're going to need it for new clothes.
